Exercise is Medicine - On Campus (EIM-OC), offers students a way to boost their mental health, create connections, and develop new habits that will last a lifetime. The 1:1 Attention, 30-Minute Consultation, and Free Fitness Assessment allow students to better understand what they need to have a healthier lifestyle with many benefits that are listed below.
EIM-OC is a collaborative effort between Wellness & Recreation, Student Care & Outreach, Student Health Services, and Counseling Services that encourages faculty, staff, and students to work together toward improving the health and well-being of the campus community by:
- Making movement a part of the daily campus culture
- Providing students the tools necessary to strengthen healthy physical activity habits that can last a lifetime

Vision
Exercise is Medicine-On Campus (EIM-OC) at GCSU aims to reach members of campus, faculty and students across multiple disciplines, to discover, share, and adopt the principles of EIM-OC that will assist in a cultural change of physical activity and disease prevention across campus.
